Carlisha Williams Bradley
Carlisha Williams Bradley is an award-winning leader, international speaker, author, and high-performance coach dedicated to empowering women to amplify their voices and embrace their full potential. As the founder of Women Empowering Nations and Amplify for Women, Carlisha has impacted over 15,000 women in 60+ countries, accelerating the careers of leaders, executives, and founders by unlocking their potential at the intersection of public speaking, personal branding, and transformational leadership.
From classrooms to keynote stages to boardrooms, Carlisha’s executive leadership career spans over a decade. Carlisha has served as a trusted voice and advisor to international aid organizations, non-profit agencies, schools, businesses, and diplomats around the globe.

Dr. Sanford is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, couples, and families through therapy, assessment, and consultation. Trained in interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral theories, and complex trauma, Dr. Sanford brings a holistic approach to her practice.

Destany Story is a passionate educator, advocate, and leader dedicated to empowering women and youth on a global scale. She has played a pivotal role impacting women across 60+ countries through WEN’s leadership development and mentorship programs.

Tulsa Program Coordinator
Jai Rodgers has a background spanning private-sector events, hiring operations, and large-scale volunteer programs, her work emphasizes equitable access to public service opportunities, clear role scoping, and sustainable volunteer experiences that meet real needs.

Wambui Gachunga
GLOW Global Ambassador
Wambui Gachunga is a biomedical engineer, researcher, GLOW Global Cohort alumna and advocate for women’s health and empowerment. Currently pursuing her PhD in Biomedical Engineering, she serves as a GLOW Global Ambassador, where she leverages her expertise in healthcare and research to inspire and guide young women on their career journeys.

Nigeria Segure-Watson is a Brooklyn native and youth advocate. Nigeria has been developing programs for over a decade that amplify youth leadership nationwide. As a proud GLOW Global Cohort alumna and the GLOW Social Engagement Ambassador, she plays a pivotal role in fostering engagement and connection within the GLOW network.
