WEN has spent 15 years of mission-driven work to provide exposure, development, and mentorship for girls of color to accelerate their path to executive leadership.
In 2023 alone:
WEN’s GLOW Global Cohort provided an immersive leadership development experience that spanned 7 countries across 3 continents, receiving 2,547 applications from young women worldwide.
Its Global Week of service touched down 11 cities in 7 countries, making a tangible difference in the lives of 1,823 children and women.
96% of WEN’s cohort members gained career-accelerating fellowship and internship opportunities following their participation in the GLOW Global Cohort.
WEN successfully inaugurated the GLOW Global Network, a platform that brings together visionary young women leaders from more than 18 countries.
WEN provided 897 hours of training to 1,500 young women from over 18 diverse countries.
