GLOW Global Cohort is a three-month virtual leadership development experience designed to build the next generation of social impact leaders.

It dives into various topics including culture and identity, public speaking, personal and professional branding, executive leadership, and social justice and advocacy.

    Gain access to global social impact community within the GLOW network for tract.

    Leadership Coaching

    Attend cohort trainings and receive executive leadership coaching.

    Service

    Plan and implement Global Giveback capstone service project.

    Complete Cohort & remain connected through GLOW Network for mentorship, travel seminar, and career opportunities.

The GLOW Global Cohort is a Custom-designed virtual experience and this continues to prove its effectiveness in accelerating results of our cohort members.

All of our GLOW Global Cohort alumni experienced an increase in the following:

  • Awareness of local and global inequalities

  • Knowledge of strategies for transformative change

With the GLOW Global Cohort, for every one GLOW member developed, they have impacted on average over 100 more people in their community.

Over 6,800 children and community members globally have benefitted from our initiatives focused on education, health, food access, housing security, and environmental sustainability.

Since 2022, more than 6,300 aspiring leaders have applied to join the GLOW Global Cohort. We are proud to welcome 75 exceptional young women representing 23 countries within this year's cohort joining our worldwide community of leaders.   • No, the cohort is a fully virtual experience. However, you may have the opportunity to have in person meet ups with other cohort members in your country.

  • The GLOW Global Emerging Leaders network is a free community for young women leaders of color ages 16-23 around the globe hosted by Women Empowering Nations, providing training, networking, and career opportunities. Visit www.wenations.org/network to join.

  • Every other year, Women Empowering Nations hosts travel seminars open to our previous cohort members to apply to attend. 2026 will be our next travel seminar open to cohort members who have been part of WEN’s programs in 2024 and 2025.
