As the founder of Women Empowering Nations and Amplify for Women, Carlisha has impacted over 15,000 women in 60+ countries, accelerating the careers of leaders, executives, and founders by unlocking their potential at the intersection of public speaking, personal branding, and transformational leadership. Her commitment to closing the wealth gap has resulted in her clients generating over a million dollars in increased revenue.

From classrooms to keynote stages to boardrooms, Carlisha’s executive leadership career spans over a decade. She has influenced policy for over 700,000 students statewide while serving on the Oklahoma State Board of Education and has built pathways for diverse leaders in corporate, social impact, and entrepreneurial spaces through her leadership of various organizations. Carlisha has served as a trusted voice and advisor to international aid organizations, non-profit agencies, schools, businesses, and diplomats around the globe.
